The village of Chideock offers two lovely local pubs. The George Inn is a Palmers pub with friendly staff and a warm welcome, serving great food. The Clock House is a free house with a more sporty vibe, and serves local ales and scrumpy ciders. An extra mile down the road is the recently refurbished renowned Anchor Inn. Perfectly positioned on the beach, this pub offers great food and drinks and amazing cliff beer garden and is well worth a visit.
